     My wife Nancy and I would like to introduce ourselves to you.  We have been at Fruita Assembly of God for 24 years, and believe God's best for His church and this community are ahead of us.  With great enthusiasm, we welcome you to this website, and to our church.

     People attend church for a variety of reasons.  Some like the music, others are more interested in the message, and some are simply looking for friendship...a place where they can belong.  While all of those areas are an important part of any church's ministry, our primary purpose at Fruita Assembly of God, is to exalt the name of Jesus Christ, believing that as we worship Him, He will touch our lives and meet our needs.

     Our prayer is that through our time together, you will experience firsthand the love and the power of Christ in your life.  We trust that you will discover here at Fruita Assembly of God, a Spirit-filled church, full of people who love God, and are excited to serve him.

Thank you for taking a moment to visit our web site.  Fruita Assembly of God has been affiliated with the Assemblies of God since 1936. Throughout the years, we have striven to help people find hope and reconciliation in the Lord Jesus Christ. Our reason for being is to show Christ's love to our community and around the world. We believe the Bible provides answers for today's questions and that God, through the Holy Spirit, will reveal those answers to us as we continue to serve Him.
